Excellent Location
Apartment layout is simple but works well
Facilites are nice
Communication was fantastic
Probably being a tad fussy but maybe worth mentioning.
There is an opportunity for the apartment to be cleaner, when i vacuumed the floor had lots of long hair none of us have long hair, some dishes had a bit of grease on them and it was a bit dusty in places.
The bed collapsed on one side the first night the team got onto it fast and had it fixed on the third morning. Front door auto closer is broken and portable clothes airer is slightly broken but usable.

Great location with Trams at the front door, and a short walk to the Melbourne Central train station. A busy, vibrant part of the city with the Victoria Market nearby
Beds were not the most comfortable, one was a shorter bed so feet overhang the end, the other had a timber end at the foot of the bed that overhanged the bed, lots of swear words each time we smacked our legs going past
