The room has a semi-private open porch looking over the long but narrow swimming pool and that is a good place to escape the cramp room when the other person is using the toilet. The common area is the highlight of this hotel as it is lush green with plenty of chairs. Good for young people but not so much if you need peace and quiet.
The room is quite small and cramp by Phnom Penh budget standard. The sink in the bathroom is very small like those in an airplane! WiFi was terribly slow.

Piscine face à la chambre . Les employés serviables ( tous jeunes et souriants) propre chambre faite tous les jours. Tres bon rapport qualité prix. Calme. Facile et rapide d’avoir un TukTuk .

It was a humble hotel. I liked that it was small/not many rooms. So it was relatively quiet and peaceful. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, kind and always wanted to help. The breakfasts were tasty, too. The common areas were kept clean and tidy and there was always soft relaxing music playing while sitting by the pool.
The rooms were extremely small. Hard to get around the room as a couple and nowhere really to put a suitcase. We had to use the little table in the room for our suitcase and the chair as a bedside table.

Aircon et chauffe eau efficaces.

Lit confortable et neuf, literie neuve.
Très bon restaurant Khmer pas loin, Green Palm Restaurant.
Chambre très petite, 9m2 + SdB 3m2, loin des 25m2 annoncés.
Terrasse avec lumière impossible à éteindre.
