Appartement correct

Il y a bien une gazinière, mais pas de bouteille de gaz. Il n’y a pas non plus de vaisselle et la télé ne fonctionne pas.

Arrivé tôt le matin, tout a été fait pour me permettre de prendre le studio avant l'heure prévue. L'accueil est parfait.

Le rapport qualité/prix est tellement bon qu'il est difficile de répondre. J'ai loué dans un studio très grand mais pas aménagé pour cuisiner.

Got a free upgrade to a larger apartment on arrival, quite spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly, they also sell transport tickets to other cities if required and are responsive when messaging.

There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom from time to time, we reported it and it seems a recurrent problem they are aware and do not intend to fix.

The bed was super comfy and the apartment was clean, the fridge and aircon worked well

The kitchen is purely decorative - no cutlery, pans, plates etc so it’s pointless. There is NO HOT WATER. The showers literally don’t have heaters which I did not expect for this price or new accommodation. There’s a balcony but no chairs or furniture to sit on, the outside area isn’t taken care of. In the bedroom there is only a very bright big light, no smaller ambient lights. There is also nowhere to refill drinking water, so if you need more water you literally have to go out somewhere to buy some which isn’t ideal. The apartment comes stocked with exactly 1 sachet of coffee for the duration of your stay.
