Downtime Hotel Phnom Penh

Staff is very friendly. Housekeeping is helpful and accommodating.

Very welcoming staff who helped us in during the rain! The rooms here are very clean, quiet and comfortable. The AC works really well and the pressure in the shower is fantastic. Located close to nice restaurants and easy to find what you need - someone is always at reception if you need help as well!

The bed was super comfy and the apartment was clean, the fridge and aircon worked well

The kitchen is purely decorative - no cutlery, pans, plates etc so it’s pointless. There is NO HOT WATER. The showers literally don’t have heaters which I did not expect for this price or new accommodation. There’s a balcony but no chairs or furniture to sit on, the outside area isn’t taken care of. In the bedroom there is only a very bright big light, no smaller ambient lights. There is also nowhere to refill drinking water, so if you need more water you literally have to go out somewhere to buy some which isn’t ideal. The apartment comes stocked with exactly 1 sachet of coffee for the duration of your stay.
