Studio COSY - WAGRAM - Mobility lease

The location was great at Avenue de Wagram. The house was fine, Hosts (the company) was responsive and I had a nice bath-room, a tiny kitchen to cook and a TV that you were able to login with YouTube, Netflix on Co. if it was too rainy outside. For a long stay, the washing machine was a life-saver. The company was helpful, when the lock was broken due to age and fixed it quickly. I was also informed about the change of the couch which also served as a bed (which you can unfold). The company's employees spoke good English.

Unfortunately, the A/C which was promoted in the listing, didn't work from day one. At first, I only saw it blinking, but couldn't understand, because it was in Turkish language. After a while I was able to change the language to English and reported the error to CheckMyGuest. I was told that a technician would come. This was in June. In July I asked again for the technician, since nobody was there and the company told me they would NOW inform one. The day before my check-out a technician fixed the issue. Another issue was that the fridge was beeping 24/7 and leaked water. I informed the company about it, also because the leakage was near a socket and it was on a wooden floor. I was told that I should try to press a bit against the fridge door, which I have already tried. No further reaction after informing the company about the fact that this didn't change anything. I had a beeping fridge from June till August. Because of that, I didn't dare to store food in the fridge because it shouldn't spoil. Apropos fridge, the cooktop was nice, but it's embedded in the kitchen in a way that it pushed down the fridge's door. And when you cook on it, well, it seems to warm the fridge as well. I also recommend to use the hotplate at the window, because then you can still control the cooktop. If you take the one closer to you, it's getting too warm and controls don't react properly. One issue was that due to the not-working A/C I guess the air was bed when the window was closed. But on rainy days, you had to close the window, else the kitchen would be covered by water. I had a slightly skewed window and, as you can see from the street, the only one. If you are obese, the toilet will be adventurous, because the area where the toilet is, is very tight, maybe 55 cm. And the toilet paper holder takes some space as well.
