Typical Parisian studio in a 19th Century building at Victor Hugo (check and ask availability for special prices below).
It is located just 10 minutes by foot to Arc de Triomphe (Champs Elysées), to Trocadéro (Eiffel tower) and to Palais des Congrès (Airport shuttle connections). Reachable transports are suburb lignes 2, 1, 6 and 9, direct busses to Opéra (Galeries Lafayette) and to Jardin du Luxembourg (Sorbonne – quartier latin), local train RER C & E (Versailles and La Défense) and the recent tram 3.
The studio is on the 6th floor (no lift) partly under the roof and on the garden side. It is cosy furnished with a bed-sofa for 2 people, a desk and a large table for 4 people. You can make the cook at home due to fridge-freezer, oven, hotplates, microwaves, coffee-maker, toaster and Nespesso (caps available on request). Bathroom includes a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
Bed sheets and towels are furnished.
Facilities are numerous in the neighbourhood. Bakery and pharmacy are at the bottom of the building, laundry and mini markets (including on Sundays until midnight) are at 2 minutes afoot, commercial streets and gallery are at 4 to 5 minutes afoot.
Last : when you ask for availability, just indicate, if you can, the times of your landing and your take off and from which airport. You will even receive a quicker answer !

Very central location (about 10 minutes walking to the Trocadéro) and an excellent price for Paris. The host was extremely kind, welcoming and always available, giving us very helpful information before and during the stay, which really made a difference.The apartment is quite full of objects and could benefit from a more minimal setup, and there was a strong smell, so overall it requires a bit of adaptability. I would recommend it mainly if you’re prioritizing budget over comfort.

Great communication prior to arrival and during stay. Stairs (over 100) to get to loft were unexpected! Not for the faint of heart or hard to move traveler. Good location in Paris. No access to any outside seating and very tiny space
