Love the place, the decoration, and how cozy but modern was. Entrance was private so this was a huge plus!
Noises from the house, I heard noises from the owners (I guess) not a big deal but it removes a bit the sense of privacy.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete and well-maintained facilities. It's perfect for small families or couples — great value for money. The host was very warm and attentive. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Luxury Ludemann. The property was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. It was excellent value for money, and we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

kitchen,lounge area tiny, no tv which we had not realised, not a great relax space. Crockery plates are very heavy to lift.
