    The hotel doesn't provide basic amenities like toiletries, towels, and hot water..this was the worst..the water was ice cold...when I asked the hotel staff about hot water...they told it wasn't available...and the receptionist told that hot water isn't available...and he asked us to vacate if we want and asked me to fight with the management if I wanted the refund....very bad experience...I had to fight for towels...then they told they'll buy the towels but bought us pieces of cloth and gave ot saying those were towels....wouldn't recommend this hotel
