Madre Casa

Breakfast was yogurt and granola. The room was big enough and there was a giant pool there. The shower had hot water. The owners were super nice. Very accomodating and it was close to the center of the city. I would stay here again.

Everything was good. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The breakfast could have had more options but it was sufficient.

Ho apprezzato moltissimo la disponibilità del signor Rolando e la signora Mercedes per tutto quello che volevamo sapere, vulcano città, inoltre mi hanno dato la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel loro parcheggio privato 3 ore prima del ceckin. Acqua calda, bellissima piscina nel patio interno. Sicuramente se tornassi a Masaya li ricontatterei per soggiornare da loro

Authentiek bij mensen in huis die ontzettend vrienselijk en behulpzaam waren. Ze namen echt de tijd om extra informatie te geven over de omgeving en activiteiten. En maakten elke dag een ander verzorgd ontbijt! Kamers aan de patio rond het mooie grote zwembad. Wij hebben nog een dag bijgeboekt. We sliepen in een familiekamer met stapelbed voor de kinderen. Kamer met airco!!

The manager (and not the owner) was really friendly, helped us to find some information and was a great Cook.

When we arrived in front of the hotel, it was closed and there was no one to receive us. The responsibility was shared, as we arrived a little early and the check-in time had not yet begun. However, we had received a message from Booking, which turned out to be misleading, as it stated that the staff could welcome us at any time of the day, but this was an automatic message. As a result, we found ourselves standing in front of the gate with all our belongings, and although we were able to communicate with the team and the manager by message and phone, they were unable to offer a solution to our problem. We were unable to leave our luggage and therefore had to walk around carrying our heavy suitcases.
