About this house rental
My house is a sunny, plant-filled, tropical oasis in a safe, quiet neighborhood located a few blocks from the city's central plaza and Granada's colorful open-air market. It has a wonderful, airy, open design—some say it's the nicest house in Granada! It's good for single travelers, couples, business travelers, families with kids, and groups up to 6 people.
You'll enjoy a swimming pool with a spacious patio and poolside grill; a workout room; and a roof deck with lovely views of the city and Mombacho Volcano. There's also wifi, hot water, filtered drinking water, and a washer-dryer. The house has 3 bedrooms, all with fans and A/C. The master suite has a king bed, along with a big open shower and a whirlpool bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two single beds (but can be set it up as one king bed if you prefer - just let us know). The second and third bedrooms share a good-sized bathroom with two sinks and a large shower.

Lovely house and very central to everything, had a few issues but the host was very kind and fixed and helped out when informed of issues. I would definitely stay again in this location, it has a great pool the beds are comfortable the kitchen space is amazing. The charcoal grill is great as well. Just hard to find bbq starter fluid in this city to start it. You can buy what they call Gringo charcoal at the supermarket and it comes with a starter. The roof top view is amazing. It’s close to the street market and 2 grocery stores with in a 15 min walk. It’s close to the central square as well. The wild life that came to visit the house is awesome as well , hummingbird everyday , doves and a Parakeet for over an hour one day sitting on the rail of a balcony. Beautiful and comfortable. Loved the open air kitchen, pool and lounge areas, Beautifully decorated, too. It was our oasis while in Granada
