Proximity to the beach, fine beach sand, quiet, nice owner, free parking, cooking is allowed.
Far from the town center (about 6km) where eateries are located. There are a few diners along McArthur Highway but even them are a kilometer or so away from the House. But this should not be a problem if you know how to cook and you bring your own ingredients, since cooking is allowed by the owner (utensils, cooking wares are available). You need to share minimal cost for the gas. You may also buy some ingredients from the owner such as eggs, onions, tomatoes, garlic, spices, and the likes.

It was great that the beach was really just right there. Sea view from our room.
You can cook your own food, and there's a bathroom on the first floor if you want to shower after a dip or just wash the sand from your feet.
There's a ref, and room slippers were soft.
The air conditioner was a bit loud, so it was a distracting when trying to sleep. One of the wall sockets didn't work—but it didn't take away from the experience.
