    Pool was not cleaned and looks so blurry. When we asked for a new towel because we stayed there for 5-6 days, staf said there was no available towels available. Ugh! Even the toiletries refill was out of stock so we had to wait.

    There is no doubt that the interior of the room looks good. However, our overall experience was far from satisfactory because we had to endure a strong and unpleasant sewage-like smell coming from the bathroom throughout our entire stay. The bathroom flooring was also visibly dirty, which made the experience even worse. What is even more disappointing is that the room specifications posted on your website are misleading and do not match what was actually provided. The bed was described as a queen and a single bed, but what we actually received was essentially just a double-sized bed. This is not what was advertised. Honestly, the offer sounded too good to be true, and unfortunately, that was exactly how it turned out. If the actual room specifications and condition had been accurately stated from the beginning, we could have made an informed decision before booking. A good-looking interior is not enough to justify the experience when guests are forced to tolerate a bad smell and inaccurate room information for the entire duration of their stay. Please be honest and accurate with your posted specifications. Guests pay based on what you advertise, and they deserve to receive exactly what was promised.
