    Located in Caba, La Union, the property is along the national highway but is only 5-7 mins away from the beach (they also offer tryc service for a fee). The beach is clean and not crowded during our long weekend visit. Wave is not that strong vs. that of the beach in Urbiztondo so it's kids friendly. The property has a pool, indoor parking and a restaurant that serves good food. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Rooms are at the 2nd flr so expect stairs :) The location of our room is facing the road so it can get noisy at night (hope they can do something with the sound proofing). If you have kids, best if you can get the family room near the stairs (they are building more rooms near the pool). Overall we had a comfortable stay, value for money and it was made easy with the help of the friendly staff. 👍🏼

    The place is not fancy, but its clean, has a good aircon, hot water, very friendly and helpful staff, a pretty led colored pool which is great to beat the heat and is a great cheap option to stop on the highway from manila to the north. Highly recommended.

    Perfect if you want to be far from the busy San Juan party scene. Just keep in mind that dining options are limited and the local convenience store marks up prices heavily. You definitely need your own car here—relying on public transport means waiting 20 to 30 minutes for a ride, especially off-hours.
