Its a brand new hotel, despite less amenities and not fully functioning… great base in Sagada. Clean,new, accomodating staff. Lots of potential.

The room is clean. Although the noisy exhaust was placed inside the sleeping area instead of the toilet and bathroom. Probably to save on cost but this is a hotel. We are placed at Room 210 no view of the outside.
Noisy exhaust in sleeping area but definitely this can be improved but placing the exhaust at T&B. No TV.

Tho, the hotel inside is clean and nice we did not eat there looks like they are understaff.
They have given us a bigger room which is much appreciated,
Far from traffic and city/town noise.
You don't wanna look outside because its not totally finished, construction is still on going and no view at all.
