Overall, our stay was comfortable in terms of room space and some of the hotel’s amenities, but there are several areas that could be improved to provide guests with a better experience. The room was very spacious, and we appreciated the large bed with air conditioning. We also liked the free-flowing coffee and chocolate drinks during breakfast. Having three trash bins in the room was a thoughtful addition, as it encouraged proper waste segregation. The doorbell installed in each room was also a nice touch. However, we encountered a few issues during our stay. The mirror in our room was dirty, and the lighting in the bathroom was too dim. On our first day, there was also no hot water in the shower available. Additionally, our key card was not properly activated, which briefly prevented us from entering our room. Fortunately, the elevator was easily accessible and had minimal waiting time, making it convenient to go back down to the lobby for assistance. The television also needs attention. The remote control was barely functional, requiring us to press the buttons very hard to change channels. Furthermore, the cable channels frequently displayed blurry images and gray lines on the screen. I hope the hotel can consider repairing or replacing the remote controls and upgrading its television service for a better viewing experience. Lastly, the breakfast servings could be improved. The amount of rice provided was quite small, so offering larger or adjustable portions would be appreciated by guests. There are only a few meal options to choose per day. I hope the hotel takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve its room maintenance, amenities, and food service. With better attention to cleanliness, functional equipment, reliable hot water, and more satisfying breakfast portions, Hotel Supreme Convention Plaza could provide an even more pleasant and comfortable stay for its guests.
