Our stay was just okay overall. The unit itself was clean and the refrigerator was working well, which we appreciated. The place is decent, but there were several issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected.
First, the blanket provided was too small, especially considering how cold it gets in Baguio. It would really help to have thicker and larger blankets available for guests. The listing also mentioned a TV, but there wasn’t one in the unit during our stay.
The bathroom experience was also challenging. The water heater wasn’t functioning properly, which made it very difficult to take a bath in Baguio’s cold weather. There was also no bidet, which would have been a helpful addition.
Check-in was quite stressful. There weren’t clear instructions or a proper description of the unit on Agoda. When we arrived, the guards asked for the unit number, but we weren’t given that information beforehand. We were told to go directly to the admin, but the guards initially didn’t allow us to proceed. On top of that, there was poor signal in the area, making it hard to contact the property owner. It took us a while before we were finally able to check in.
After we checked out, the owner did apologize for the inconvenience, which we appreciated.
Overall, the place has potential, but improvements in amenities and clearer check-in instructions would definitely make the experience much better for future guests.
