    Our room in Baguio was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. The internet was decent—fast during the day but noticeably slower at night. I wouldn't recommend someone to bring your work with you as I had to rely on my phone's hotspot when it slowed down at night. We really enjoyed the food: both breakfast and lunch were delicious. Our booking included free breakfast, and the lunch options were also worth the price. Since the building is newly constructed, we understand that some areas are still being improved. The stairs, however, may be challenging for guests with mobility concerns because the steps are quite high and there are no elevators yet. Once these areas are updated, the overall experience will be even better.

    Pros: The hotel is conveniently located for tourists and offers easy access to public transportation. The staff members are helpful and approachable. Cons: The hotel does not have an elevator. There is no telephone in the room, so guests need to go to the front desk to request assistance or amenities.
