Nothing.

Cold room, the owner claimed that you can't heat the house if the temperature doesn't exceed 20.5, according to Lombardy regulations. The day before that I had a very pleasant accommodation near Milan and the room was pleasantly heated. When I complained about the temperature in the room, the owner of the house started shouting at me like I was crazy, saying that he would turn on the heating. I pulled myself together and went to Pontevico and slept peacefully in a pleasant accommodation. La Casa di Rita charged 72EURO without using the shared toilet and shared bath. The room and the entire accommodation are worn out with time, without investment in comfort. As far as I'm concerned, never again.

The best B&B!

This is the best B&B I have ever visited in Italy! The place is very clean, spotless and cozy Italian style..The room was great and there are cookies every day in the room. Also free water. The couples who are running the place are so kind and friendly. The drove me different places and in the early morning, where my taxi didn't arrive they drove me all the way to the airport. The breakfast is so nice and Rita the time is very flexible. I had eggs bacon beside the table with different options of cake, tomatoes from the garden and a lot more. I will highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back!

Friendly home stay.

The proprietor and her husband were very charming. This is a very restful place to stay. The owners went the extra mile to ensure everything went well, for instance, opening up their garage so I could store my motorcycle securely overnight. I would definitely stay here again whenever I am in the area.

Appena defilata la posizione..... Da frequentare con più tempo! Parcheggio in strada. A circa 20 kilometri da Brescia, in zona industriale.

Magnifica struttura,facilmente raggiunbile.Sin dall arrivo si respira un aria familiare,grazie all accoglienza di Rita,che si prodiga da subito x soddisfare ogni richiesta, la struttura è super pulita, così come i servizi e la biancheria . La prima colazione è ricca e grazie alla disponibilità di Rita comprensiva di magnifiche torte fatte in casa apprezzare anche l acqua osmotica.e l ottimo impianto di riscaldamento

Grande passione

Si vede che Rita fa questa attività per passione. Dalla cura di ogni angolo ai messaggi informativi appesi sulle pareti per spiegare ogni dettaglio e ogni scelta. Disponibile ad assistermi per colazione ad un orario quasi notturno, l'ho trovata puntuale e sorridente a preparare la mia omelette. L'abitazione è in quartiere residenziale con parcheggio proprio davanti al cancello, molto comodo per me che sono arrivato tardi e ripartito presto. Ritornerei senza esistazione.

Pulito ed accogliente.

La Sig.ra Rita sempre gentilissima. Pulizia voto 10 perché non è possibile dare di più. I servizi igienici sono condivisi tra le 3 camere presenti. Presente un secondo bagno, solo WC senza doccia. Servizi come colazione, acqua etc... voto 10. WiFi ottimo anche nella camera più lontana. Nota: posto auto in strada fronte il B&B.

La proprietaria è stata premurosa e gentilissima accogliendoci a casa sua come delle persone di famiglia, la posizione è centrale e vicino all’autodromo.

Le tre stanze una matrimoniale, una con letto alla francese e la terza con due letti singoli non hanno l’aria condizionata e il bagno principale con il secondo con solo lavatoio e wc sono in comune. Struttura valida per una famiglia non per persone sconosciute.

Alloggio adorabile, tranquillità assoluta in un quartiere silenzioso. Parcheggio privato protetto, punti di interesse e servizi prossimi come ristoranti centro ed autostrada facilmente raggiungibile verso la Franciacorta. Amabile disponibilità e cortesia dell’host, camere con confort e Wi-Fi performante. Flessibilità di orari e personale a disposizione in loco. Bagno privato con tutti gli accessori. Arredamento dotato di tutti i comfort, Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Punto forte la colazione, dolce e salato, ogni richiesta è stata esaudita con immediatezza, mi sono sentito coccolato e a casa, soprattutto per l’attenzione verso il cliente: in ogni momento impeccabile e esemplare. Ho apprezzato la sala lettura, ambiente conviviale allo stesso tempo discreto un soggiorno dove isolarsi, con assoluta serenità. Tornerò sicuramente
