Elegant stay, beautiful view, nice & carrying hosts.

Beautiful building, relaxing courtyard, we had an excellent room with a view over the wineyard. The host family was very kind and provided valuable information regarding places for dinner, wine stores and wine tasting experiences. We will come back for more than one day!

Peaceful place

Very peaceful place, amazing villa next to vineyards. The breakfast was great and the room clean and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Be sure to rent a car if you want to explore the area, as there are no bikes available

Great stay!

Very beautiful place and very helpful hosts! You can feel at home here and most importantly the place is a quite gem in the middle of the Franciacorta!

I think the breakfast could have been a bit richer and fresher but I guess there are some rules in place for the covid which forced the hosts to offer mostly packaged food.

Very nice stay in the heart of FRANCIACORTA

Nice qiet big room. Confortable, clean and cosy. There is a nice garden with a view to the vineyards, it gives a nice space on a quiet place. The hosts are very welcoming, adorable and kind. Breakfast is good with different options in the main building of ths beautiful house. Good to have provat parking at the house. I can only recomend this B&B in the heart of Franciacorta.

The pace to work is kind of limited in the room. In summer the garden table can be used.

Dreamy place with a view over vineyards

I went to Villa Franca for one night with my friends. We had a room for 3, and it was just perfect for a short term stay. The room was clean and cosy, specially in the evening :) They have a huge garden with a view to the vineyards and it's perfect when You want to escape the city noise. The family that hosted us was absolutely adorable, they were very kind. We had a simple breakfast with different options, so there is something for everyone. I would love to go back if I return to Franciacorta

Nice and quite! Worth the visit and stay.

We were too tired to go out for dinner after a long flight and asked the owner if it is possible to prepare dinner at extra charge for us so that we don't need to go out at night. The dinner and breakfast are both delicious. The charge for dinner is reasonable (35 euro / person) for having first course of pasta, second course of baked salmon steak with side dish of salad and fruit plate as dessert plus a bottle of wine.

Desayuno bueno y abundante, Franchesca super amable y todos el personal.

El baño, la puerta de la ducha tiene mucho hongo al igual que la manguera de la ducha. Las cortinas del cuarto no dan buena sensación sobretodo que no está en un tubo si no en una cuerda. Las almohadas urge cambiarlas. La TV no se apaga con el control remoto.La crítica es constructiva porque el lugar es bonito y tranquilo, los dueños muy amables pero la habitación podría estar mejor.

Location e casa molto belli ed accoglienti, posto tranquillo e comodo da raggiungere, immerso nel verde del comune di Passirano, staff gentile e disponibile.

Parcheggio ed uscita in auto dalla struttura piuttosto scomodi. Purtroppo nella mia stanza ho trovato lo spazzolone da bagno rotto, inutilizzabile e soprattutto sporco da precedenti ospiti. Nota di demerito particolarmente deludente la colazione e la qualità della stessa, prodotti eurospin, sfoglia ai mirtilli cruda e fredda, il formaggio che viene servito è quello da minestra per bambini confezionato, il tutto non consono alla struttura e a come si presenta, una cura maggiore nella colazione sarebbe stata gradita.

Ottima colazione, ottima location. Zona silenziosa e rilassante. Sdraio e tavolino con sedie a nostra disposizione.

Se vogliamo trovare il pelo nell'uovo sostituirei solo i formaggi confezionati con dei formaggi freschi a colazione. Tutto il resto perfetto.
