Nice apartment with a view of Lake Thun. Clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the kitchenette, so we didn’t have to have that many meals out. Use of the common laundry machines was appreciated. The convenient Interlaken bus stops a couple blocks away and only takes about 10 minutes to get to Interlaken.

Heerlijk appartement waarbij je voorzien bent van alle gemakken. Moderne en goed ingerichte keuken. Er zijn was basis-spullen aanwezig voor het koken. Er is goed nagedacht over de inrichting, waardoor je eet met uitzicht over het meer. Het balkon heeft een fijne bank en leuke lampjes als versiering. Vanaf het appartement pak je makkelijk de toegangswegen naar de hoogtepunten bijvoorbeeld in Interlaken, Spiez, Lauterbrunnen of Kandersteg.

De douche was iets aan de krappe kant, maar hé als dat nu het ergste is..

It had a balcony overlooking Lake Thun. Although close to a train line, that was not an issue at all. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, although we didn't use. It had a fridge. The bus nearby was easy to catch, although it only came every hour (bus No. 60), which you could take to Interlaken West/Ost and Spiez.

The apartment was very hot and we had to open the sliding doors to cool the place down. I did contact owner asking how to turn down the heat but was told to "open a window". The bedding situation was not to our liking being a loft, which is something we didn't realise when we made our booking. That is really our fault. We are 66 year olds so it was a little difficult getting up and down the stairs into the loft, more suitable to a younger group. There were no shops in walking distance. There was a restaurant nearby. There was nowhere to hang our clothing so we had to live out of our suitcases. Although there was a washing machine and dryer, it is separate from the apartment and used by numerous occupants. Every time we went to do our washing it was being used and were told to use if being used by others. We finished up going to a laundromat in Interlaken. The swimming pool was not functional. We could not get the TV to work properly.

Tolle Lage mit Blick auf den Thunersee mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen. Durchdachte Einrichtung, wie in einem Tiny House. Gute Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Därligen ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um das Berner Oberland in alle Richtungen zu erkunden.
