Seehüsli near Interlaken, Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen

Close enough to easily get to Interlaken and surrounding areas but so quiet in the evenings! Easy 6 minute walk to the bus stop. Right on Lake Thun so we swam every night after spending the day hiking.

We had three people so with the pull out couch there wasn’t anywhere to sit other than kitchen table unless we folded up the couch everyday.

The stairs, as there is no elevator for taking luggage. The train that runs nearby every 5 minutes (I guess ) caused us some inconvenience.

The apartment was clean. The bathroom was large and modern.

Unfortunately the apartment did not live up to our expectations as it was misrepresented in the advertising. Soundproofing was mentioned, but this would require the windows to be closed, and without adequate cooling, this was not possible. No mention was made of the train line very close to the building, with trains running constantly day and night. The advertising said it had a washing machine and tumble dryer. However, on the day of arrival, we found out it was a shared laundry at the complex. A drying rack was supposed to be in the apartment, but there was none. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.
