Hidden Haven III - Cozy For Couples

It was clean and cozy but noisy at times doors slamming next door and screaming.

What was advertised as the room was different from the photo on BookIt.com. I thought the unit was on the upper level with a view and bigger.

Very clean grounds and room, quiet, ample pool space and a jacuzzi. The bar was great for a night cap and they have a wellness center and such right on the grounds . The host had the room decorated for my husband’s birthday and provided a bottle of wine! So thoughtful and the amenities they provided made our trip easy and relaxing. Highly recommend

I had no complaints, just that the jacuzzi jets were not functioning properly

Pros: Budget focused option not far by car from a few beaches. Walkable to a few restuarants. View from pool deck (five flights of stairs up - no elevator) is nice. Room comes with beach towels, two snorkle masts, and chairs.

Cons: Small room with very little air circulation. Unable to open window to get air in. Pool is five flights of stairs up and not all that inviting to swim in. In general, not a room to hang out and relax in when not at the beach. Hotel facilities don't offer much either. Despite low cost, would not recommend. Both due to room and poor experience with owner. Listing stated that a private hot tub was included, however, no hot tub was included. The hot tub was a significant reason for booking. Owner didn't not take responsibilitiy for the listing and blamed Booking.com. Owner provided no accomodation other than a refund if we get another location (impossible week of New Years).
