Hidden Haven I - Studio for 4 Near Beach

The place was really nice. Overall a great experience. They provided towels for both the beach and the shower. They also provided snorkeling gear which was really useful as the nearby Smith's Reef is a very short walk away. The location is great if you're looking for a quiet place on the island that's still centrally located. There are two restaurants on site both were good and fairly priced. Instructions were provided early and were very clear

The room was a bit dark as the window is small and looks out into the car park. While there are some kitchen type facilities, there isn't a sink so any washing up of plates/cups has to be done in the bathroom.

The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The closet had plenty of space and lots of hangers. We also appreciated having plates, cups, and silverware. There were also beach chairs, a small cooler, and snorkeling equipment. Having AC was a definite plus. I'm also really glad that there was a broom so we could sweep up all of the sand we brought in. The facility also had a foot cleaning station in the center square. And the location was perfect. We could easily pop back in to the apartment if we needed anything in the middle of the day. That was definitely a plus. It's important to note that the hosts were very quick to respond to communication. They quickly answered any questions we had. They were very kind and helpful!

The power fluctuated one night, off and on for hours. This caused the microwave and the AC to beep whenever it came back on. It wasn't the fault of the host, just island life sometimes. Just unplug the microwave at night so you can sleep. It would have been so helpful to have a small tables and a couple of chairs, for eating. If you are a short-stay customer, you are expected to provide any additional toilet paper, paper towels, or soap. I really wish they had just had multiple rolls of toilet paper available for us.
