Sea Esta Studio III - Studio Near the Beach

I traveled to Turks & Caicos alone this year for my birthday; however, this was the best experience ever. Mark & Lili were amazing hosts. They made sure they answered all of my questions about navigating the island & they provided excellent details about how to get to the resort & access the condo. I accidentally spilled something on the bed while I was there & wanted to know how to get to a convenience store to pick up some laundry detergent. They insisted on sending over their cleaning lady, who was so sweet & helpful by the way, because they wanted me to just relax & enjoy my birthday. Once I arrived, there was happy birthday decorations & a bottle of champagne & flowers. It was so beautiful I teared up a little. I loved my stay at their condo, they had everything that I needed. I would definitely stay there again. I received top tier hospitality & my birthday trip was very rewarding. Thank you so much Mark & Lili you’re the absolute best.

Beautiful resort with great pool area. Decent location, not far from Grace Bay and other attractions.

The room is much smaller than the pictures suggest and quite pricey for what it is (though that might just be TCI). Only some pots were induction compatible making it difficult to cook.

The room was very nice and cozy. It also was very clean and equipped. The hosts are cool and helpful. I liked the fact that I could find a bar and restaurant in the same area cause it was raining during my stay. I felt very comfortable in the room.

Great location, with good parking if you own a car

It takes about 5 flight of very steep stairs to get to the pool. The apartment had an extremely strong smell of a cleaning agent that didn’t not go away for the entire stay. The window does not open, and could not get fresh air. And really the place is really small, so know that before you book.
