A small but very comfortable ground-floor apartment. It’s a perfect size for two people, but three can fit easily as well. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. We appreciated the welcome gift from the lovely host, who speaks good English and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is located just a few steps from the basilica in Re and from the city (village) centre.
During rush hour, the otherwise quiet street can be heard from inside.

Wir haben zwei Nächte in der Ca Mea übernachtet und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Gastgeber waren superfreundlich und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut angemessen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine feine Pizzeria, in welcher man gut und preisgünstig essen kann. Auch zum Beten ist es nicht weit: Das historische Santuario di Re ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung liegt zwar an der Durchgangsstrasse Richtung Locarno, aber ausserhalb der Pendlerzeiten ist es ziemlich ruhig und wir konnten bestens schlafen.
