Unfortunately, it is difficult to say due to our negative experience.

Our experience in this apartment was extremely frustrating and uncomfortable. The apartment is located right next to a major road, and it’s incredibly noisy day and night. The air conditioner is placed far from the bedrooms and has zero effect on cooling them down. Completely useless. Since the apartment is on the top floor, it gets extremely hot, especially during the summer. The electrical system is outdated – using more than one appliance at the same time causes the power to trip, and the gas gets blocked. Communication with the key holder was a very unfriendly – she doesn't speak or write in English at all. When asked about the Wi-Fi, she just replied “look near the window". There was only one trash bin for all types of waste, no bags provided, and absolutely no instructions on how or when to sort and dispose of garbage in the city. For six people, we were given just one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay. "this is not a hotel, it’s an apartment” I received. Two days before check-out, I received an unexpected message with strict cleaning instructions, including that we had to vacuum and thoroughly clean the apartment ourselves. This requirement was never mentioned at the time of booking on the platform. And finally, after we left, I received a video from the key holder with images of pigs supposedly representing us – which is not only insulting but highly unprofessional. Would absolutely not recommend this property to anyone. The lack of basic hospitality, poor communication, and misleading listing made this stay one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had.

Appartamento con posizione ottima dal mare con un forte potenziale, ma ahimè ha bisogno di ristrutturazione pulizia adeguata e arredamento adeguato, perché è una struttura molto vecchia. L’oste è stata corretta e Disponibile.

La casa perché è da rifare.

La casa è davvero molto grande e comoda per un gruppo di 5/6 persone, la posizione è comoda perché basta attraversare la strada per raggiungere il lungomare di San Bartolomeo dove ci sono un sacco di servizi e la spiaggia, proprio sotto l’appartamento c’è un supermercato comodissimo

Non c’è il posto auto e in quelle zone è difficile trovare parcheggio, i mobili in casa erano troppo vecchi, pieni di polvere, la tv in camera non funzionava, non mi è piaciuto che le coperte della camera più grande erano veramente antiche, non come quelle nelle altre camere.
