The apartment was a little outdated but it’s New York. The apparent is upstairs and very quaint. Once you enter it’s very open and have the basic amenities you get similar to a hotel. There’s a TV in the living and 2 tables for sitting. There’s 3 bedroom with a very comfortable mattress. Kitchen was stock with necessary. It’s really close to a park, CVS, hotel and even restaurant. We walk about 10 minutes each time. The host was very nice and had a great communication!
No central air, only 1 fan available during the visits and New York was very humid. Windows were stuck and kinda hard to open and close.

It was good for my family of 4. We loved that it was close to great food and the park. I loved the privacy and being able to cook breakfast in the morning. Only thing I really missed was a hot shower. The water didn't get really hot and some of the toiletries were already used. We brought our own towels and wash clothes which was perfect. We stayed for a week. I did get a ticket for parking out front. Parking is definitely a task.
