Un appartement familial bien agencé dans un quartier proche des commerces et de restaurants très cotés, d'accès facile, y compris en transport public. L'équipement de l'appartement est simple et très confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour réussi dans la capitale de l'Etat de New-York.
C'est toujours étrange de n'avoir aucun contact humain dans ce genre de location. Du coup, un livret d'accueil, avec les informations nécessaires pour mettre en route le chauffage ou la climatisation serait un plus. De même, quelques suggestions sur les restaurants du quartier seraient bien pour les personnes qui découvrent la ville

Size and facilities.
The apartment was nicely renovated, but it’s a very old building, the ceiling was a bit squeaky and noisy from upstair neighbours despite them being as careful as they can.

De locatie was top! Alles dicht in de buurt en een mooie buurt.
Er was niet veel bestek, bekers en borden voor een airbnb waar 7 personen in kunnen

The house was spacious, which we appreciated. Appropriate for 3 people.
There was an unpleasant smell when we arrived, and the bed sheets had some stains. We also noticed flies in the kitchen. The air conditioner was quite noisy, and because the windows provide little sound insulation, rain hitting the outdoor AC unit made it difficult to sleep. With some care and improvements, this could be a much more comfortable place to stay.
