The rental was perfect for our family who was visiting from out of town. It was conveniently located right near Siena Collage and Latham. The place provided comfortable bedding and include little extras like coffee, sugar and waters. The property was also beautifully decorated both inside as well as outside with all the flower baskets. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the area.

This is a spacious, overall clean place. It is located close to many Albany attractions. The place is away from the road. It is a basement rental. You may hear the dog upstairs when you first arrive, but the dog didn't bark for more than 20 minutes. The people upstairs are quiet. The kitchen has a full setup. The one thing I was not happy with is the bathroom trash had a disgusting, stinky diaper left in it. I felt that wasn't polite. Other than that, I have no complaints, and yes, I would stay here again.

Went up for a weekend to see family from Canada. Central meeting spot. This stay more than surpassed our expectations. Location is central to everything. Host was unbelievably understanding and accommodating. Would without hesitation stay here again. Thank you for allowing our family and our feel at home.
