Große Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für Familie mit 3 Kindern. Ruhige Lage. Charmant eingerichtet, wenn auch in die Jahre gekommen.
Viele schmutzige Ecken. Küche sehr verdreckt. Unter Betten und Schränken viel Schmutz und Staub. In vielen Schubladen vergessene Sachen von Vormietern von Kopfhörern bis schmutzige Socken.

Lage war ruhig und angenehme Nachbarschaft
Es war auf den Foto‘s schlussendlich schöner als live, Die Wohnung ist doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Tapete blättert an gewissen Stellen ab, die Scheiben waren extrem schmutzig, im Badezimmer haben sich Platten gelöst, welche nicht mehr ersetzt wurden. Vorab mussten wir eine Kaution bezahlen, nach 1 Monat haben wir sie immer noch nicht zurückbekommen, Vermieter hat sich weder auf E-Mails noch auf WhatsApp zurückgemeldet. Bleibt ein schlechter Nachgeschmack, für einen doch hohen Mietpreis.
