Not many windows.

We stayed four nights at this property and would definitely come back. The flat is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were three people (a couple and a teenager), and it felt very spacious throughout our stay. The location is excellent, right in the city centre (less than a 5-minute walk to Place du Capitole and other main landmarks), making it so easy to explore the city. Despite being so central, it is on a quiet pedestrian street, which meant we had a great night’s sleep every night. There are also plenty of excellent bakeries and restaurants nearby, which was so convenient. I would also like to thank Isabelle, the host, for her kindness and excellent communication throughout our stay. She made everything easy from start to finish. Nous avons séjourné quatre nuits dans cet appartement et nous y reviendrions sans hésiter. L’appartement est très joliment décoré, impeccable et très confortable. L’emplacement est idéal, en hyper centre donc à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la place du Capitole et des principaux sites touristique, ce qui permet de tout découvrir facilement à pied même avec un ado qui n’aime pas marcher. L’appartement est dans une rue piétonne très calme, donc nous n’avons pas été gênés la nuit. Il y a également de très bonnes boulangeries et de nombreux restaurants à proximité, ce qui est très pratique pour les gourmands. Nous tenons également à remercier Isabelle pour sa gentillesse et son excellente communication tout au long de notre séjour. Elle a rendu notre séjour très simple et agréable.

On the less positive side, the downstairs bedroom is in a converted cellar, so when we arrived there was a slight damp smell, probably because the flat had been unoccupied before our stay. A dehumidifier was already provided in the flat, and after using it the smell gradually disappeared during our stay. This was only a minor inconvenience and certainly did not outweigh all the positives of this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. La chambre du rez-de-chaussée se trouve dans une cave aménagée. A notre arrivée il y avait une légère odeur d’humidité, probablement parce que l’appartement n’avait pas été occupé avant notre séjour. Un déshumidificateur était déjà mis à disposition dans l’appartement, et l’odeur a progressivement disparu au cours de notre séjour. Ce fut vraiment un inconvénient mineur et cela na certainement pas pris le dessus sur tous les autres points positifs de ce logement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et serions ravis d’y revenir.

Tiene una localización excelente, en el centro de la ciudad. Casa muy completa y bien equipada. La dueña fue muy amable y se adapto a nuestras necesidades.

La ubicación. A un paso de la plaza del Capitolio. La anfitriona. Isabelle es encantadora y extremadamente amable.

Demasiadas escaleras. En especial, no me gustaron las que bajan al piso de abajo. No es un apartamento apto para personas con problemas de movilidad.
