寝具の段差や畳にある椅子が低すぎて高齢者にはキツかった

施設がとても綺麗でよかった

料理が朝晩共にバイキング形式では無いところが非常に良かった 食事の部屋も個室になっているのが良かった 一品一品が小皿に配置されていて、どれも手を抜いていなくてとても美味しかったです ロケーションが非常に良く、湖の一等地にすぐ出れるので夜と朝に湖畔散策しました。

岩盤浴が出来ると思っていましたが、伺った際は使えなかったのが非常に残念でした

The breakfast was amazing! A rich spread of food for the price! While the location is a little bit away from the train station, the surrounding area is nice and comfy, which I quite like! The staff were also friendly and did their best to properly communicate despite language barriers! Last but not least, the onsen was just the right temperature and an overall comforting experience!

I do feel that the price for such a place could be considered steep, but considering that it is among the top 250 ryokans in Japan, I’ll say it is worth the money all things considered! I also wish that there were more English signs in the area to better accommodate foreign guests!
