    Booked this hotel mainly for the view but was blown away by the service provided by the staff! They were all really lovely and accommodating. The view was slightly blocked by the building in front but still not too bad. The onsen was pretty simple with just indoor baths and a sauna. Kaiseki dinner was really tasty and the breakfast buffet was quite a spread. They also offer free parking with more than enough parking lots.

    Great facilities by lakeside and great room. Staff is not good at English but the Manager does. I forgot my stuff which staff is very helpful to find it for me. Big thanks to the staff.

    The outdoor bath, breakfast have inconvenient hours. You can only go to breakfast from 7 to 9, arriving by 08.30. Early check out: 10am. Breakfast is crowded. But there are few decent choices in the area. Room is mostly just business unless you pay over 20k.
