光沙の森

The stay was amazing. If you’re on the fence, honestly just book it. The traditional setting, the view, the breakfast in the morning all complementing each other. We slept on the floor, but it was so comfortable both myself and my partner couldn’t believe how well we felt after it. The staff are also so friendly and helpful. The onsen downstairs can also be booked to make it private.

All great to be honest - the only thing to note is that the walkway from the bus stop to the hotel is a bit dark. Would be great to install some more lights in that area.

Lovely views from balcony. Onsens clean and enjoyable. Tasty traditional breakfast of soba noodles and pork. Lovely skin products.

Das Personal war hervorragend und sehr zuvorkommend. Unsere Koffer wurden ins Zimmer getragen und auch wieder zur Rezeption. Beim Frühstück haben Sie uns extra ein Omelette anstatt Ente angeboten, da wir vegetarisch sind. Allgemein sehr ruhiger und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Lage war ebenfalls gut. Es liegt direkt zwischen dem Ashi See und der Stadt (jeweils ca. 20 min. mit Bus). Die Betten waren sehr Hart aber das kann man bei einem Futon Bett auch nicht wirklich anders erwarten ◡̈
