Whitehouse homestay

Location is good and rooms are spacious. That's about it.

There are nothing more than what you have in the room. They don't even have tea available on site. No iron box if you ask for one. I particularly had a bad experience where I asked for a pool room which was given to me on the second day but never informed that it fits 2. Caretaker of the property had no idea of what's going on. I was then given a number to talk to and the guy informed me that we can give you additional mattress and hence I was already charged 1000 for 2 mattresses. This discussion happened at 10.30 in the night. By this time I should have already been provided with additional mattress I was charged but it was only after this discussion I was told its gonna be arranged in 10 min. I somehow managed to sleep with one additional mattress and left early next morning. By the way they also charge for the water. On the first day I had 2 rooms and they were quite big. However, no hit water if you need. I checked with the caretaker and he confirmed its there but I reality no hit water. It was only available the next morning.

A very good property with all kind of facilities for a good stay

The only thing i didn’t like is how the property is maintained. The pool was not filled with water and we had to wait hours to get the pool filled. Also, leftovers from previous guests were in different areas of the room, like condom packets, slippers and all.

Good hygienic rooms with supportive staff. Parking facility available. Peaceful stay.
