A comfortable and well-maintained 2 BHK with all the essential facilities for a relaxing stay. The master bedroom is quite spacious, with large windows offering lovely views of the sea. The property was clean, and parking was available, which was an added convenience.
The biggest highlight, however, is the location! The beach is barely 50 metres away, making it incredibly easy to step out for a morning stroll, enjoy the sea breeze, or simply spend some peaceful time by the shore. The surroundings are quiet and serene, away from the usual hustle and bustle, making it an ideal place to unwind and spend quality time with family or friends.
If you're looking for a peaceful beachside getaway for a couple of days, with the sea just a few steps away, this place is definitely worth considering.
The outside area of the propertly can be better maintained for a more enjoyable experience.

20 meter from a very peaceful and clean beach.
Could appreciate a microwave to heat up the food.

The only thing is the property is adjacent to sea but not beach
There are lots to make the property look beautiful indoor &: outdoor including kitchen.
