Lokalizacja obiektu wręcz idealna - blisko dworzec kolejowy, blisko sklepy galeria handlowa. Spacer na starówkę to ok. 20min. Park z placem zabaw na tej samej ulicy Dobry kontakt z wynajmującym.
Telewizor w sypialni byłby dużym atutem. W oknach brakowało mi firanek - na przeciw trwa budowa i cała przeszklona ściana powodowała konieczność zasłaniania okien zasłonami - w mieszkaniu było dość ciemno. Czystość niestety pozostawia duuuuże pole do popisu - mieszkanie albo długo stało puste lub sprzątanie należy poprawić. Pod łóżkiem znalazłam butelkę po poprzednich lokatorach, w garderobie aby skorzystać z półek trzeba było je odkurzyć podobnie jak deszczownica w łazience

За стіною постійно гавкав пес. Дуже тонкі стіни,все чути.В спальні кімнаті взагалі таке враження,що сусіди приймають душ в вашій шафі.Чутно абсолютно все.Якщо сусіди збоку вмикають воду,то страшний галас в трубах.

I liked the location. I also liked the security aspect of the building.
It didn’t have a washer dryer combo. However, was lucky with good weather and was able to use the dry rack outside.
