Świetna lokalizacja, miejsce ma ogromny potencjał ale jest trochę zaniedbane. Słaby kontakt z gospodarzem. Zachęcał do kontaktu, ale nie odpowiadał na niego i nie wypełnił prośby z którą się do niego zwróciłam, mimo zapewnień, że będzie tak jak sobie życzę.. Wspominać będę bardzo miło, mimo wszystko.

Super lokalizacja i miejsce parkingowe w garażu. Zameldowanie z bardzo dokładną instrukcją. Dużo rzeczy w kuchni, czysto.
Jedyny mankament to fakt, że zgłosiłam aby przygotować 2 pokoje do spania a był przygotowany jeden a dla mnie to duża wada bo nie było prześcieradła dla drugiej osoby.

Lokalizacja jest dużym plusem obiektu. Blisko do komunikacji miejskiej, więc można pozostawić samochód w garażu. Blisko również do sklepów spożywczych. Spacerem bez problemu w krótkim czasie można dotrzeć na Stare Miasto. Mieszkanie jest ładnie urządzone ze wszystkimi niezbędnymi udogodnieniami.
Lokalizacja jest plusem ale i minusem. Budynek jest wciśnięty między kamienicę a mieszkanie znajduje się na 1. piętrze, co powoduje, że jest stosunkowo ciemno i zewsząd jest się otoczonym innymi mieszkaniami.
