The property was spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was great at communicating when needed, and the check in and check out process was smooth and straight forward. The building was safe and secure and the balcony over looking the park was great for a morning coffee!
The property was great, but the location was next to the tramline which was quite noisy, especially early in the mornings. It wasn’t overly intrusive but if you are a particularly light sleeper, it may be an issue,

Size, facilities, modern vibe
The smell. Smelled as if a previous guest smoke a lot of cigars in the room, was not possible to air out.

Building is a contemporary modern edifice with state of the art facilities. Security and proximity to train Terminal/station is really ideal. My time there was memorable. Loved it.
Because I arrived late because of flight time adjustment due to inclement weather; the closest shops were closed and I couldnt find water to drink for the night. Boy! I was thirsty.
My suggestion, 2-6 bottles of water as a matter of courtesy wouldn't cause significant monetary strain. To alleviate the needs of people who peradventure might find themselves in such situation. Overall though, I will patronize that place again!
