Stay near BMO Stadium and USC Private Room

For it’s price- it was really good value. You have privacy, 2 beds, ensuite bathroom and a desk for working The wifi was also pretty fast

The location wasn’t too bad but there were some rough parts During week 1, some of the guests were loud and not clean I wish the kitchen had more utensils- for example there were no forks

Very clean , never noisy

It is in a convenient location. Really close to public transportation. Also reallly close if you are doing a concert at BMO or its also not that far from Crypto either. I loved that the room included a private bathroom and had air conditioning that you could control the temperature in your room. A lot of properties like this control the temperature in a way that doesn't make everyone comfortable so I like their solution of providing portable AC units so each room can decide their own level of comfort. They were also very accommodating with letting us store our luggage after check out since we weren't leaving town until after 6pm. Excellent hosts, even though I never actually met them. They made everything very simple and easy.

The only complaint that I have is that the beds were jot very comfortable at all. The springs in the mattress made sleeping difficult at times. However, the value of the room was definitely worth the price. And I would definitely consider renting again. My only suggestion is perhaps adding a memory foam layer under the mattress cover to keep springs from digging into guests.

Privacy of the room and separate washroom

The lock was finicky and difficult to open / lock. Lack of basic toiletries Noisy at night Window in washroom difficult to close
