For being an extended stay hotel you can only stay for 28 days max at a time, which is super inconvenient. You also cannot receive mail of any kind per the manager Mike. All the staff there was friendly and kind except for the general manager, I understand wanting to keep a firm grip on policies and procedures but you can have some customer service without being so brash. I was given the wrong information upon check-in during our second stay there and have a lengthy list of issues that ended up causing some major unnecessary inconveniences for us. We've never caused any issues in the past and now because of being misinformed and not giving us the full late check out and access to our room that the manager himself approved of we were told we trashed the room. We left trash in the trashcan in the room yes because we couldn't get back into the room. I dyed my hair and asked for several old stained towels which I confirmed with the front desk before I left, she said she knew about it and said it was fine. I know the GM got pissed about spilled soda that was mopped up with a towel before, they don't give you kitchen towels and what else are you supposed to clean it up with in a hurry? Accidents happen. He has unrealistic expectations and a bad attitude.
