About this cottage rental
Ground floor: living room with sofa - kitchen area. Bedroom (1 bed 1.60 m or 2 beds 0.80 m) with mezzanine (1 bed 0.90m). Shower room and WC. PLEASE NOTE THE MEZZANINE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR AN ADULT. Electric heating included. Gîte not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Pond on site + boat available + free fishing (carp, roach, pike... depending on weather conditions). Bring mineral water, as the sanitary water comes from a well. We can also provide bicycles for you. The marked route "La Sologne à vélo" is an easy and pleasant greenway that leaves from Saint Viâtre towards Chambord, Thoury or Crouy-sur-Cosson. In Sologne des Étangs, gîte on 12 ha property available with pond (150m away). Small Sologne house, near that of the owners. The cottage is an integral part of a hunting property. You will be able to see the dogs and come across game: deer, pheasants, ducks, etc.
