Ocho Suites & Kitchen is a light-filled and charming accommodation, strategically located on one of the most picturesque streets in Palma’s Old Town. This renovated Mediterranean building features seven exclusive suites, carefully designed with high-quality furnishings to create a warm and sophisticated space. Ideal for families, couples, and even your pets, who are more than welcome.
The Ocho Experience
Perfectly situated between the Cathedral, La Lonja, and just 100 meters from the boardwalk, Ocho Suites & Kitchen combines elegance and comfort. Our restaurant, Le Bistro by Ocho, located on the first floor, offers a delicious French bistro menu made with local ingredients during the high season and exclusive breakfasts year-round.
Our suites offer the comfort of a private residence, with fully equipped kitchens, cozy living rooms, comfortable beds, and modern bathrooms. We have carefully selected high-quality amenities, such as organic toiletries from c/o Gerd, percale cotton linens from Mille Notti, towels and beach bags, and yoga equipment for two, ensuring an exceptional stay.
Our Deluxe Suites
We have 3 Deluxe Suite apartments. It is a very bright 63 m² space that includes:
- A queen-size bed (160x200 cm) with organic bedding from Mille Notti and down pillows certified by the Swedish Asthma and Allergy Association.
- A separate living room with a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine with original capsules.
- A balcony with a winter garden overlooking the city.
- Two modern bathrooms with showers, a GHD hair dryer, organic amenities from c/o Gerd, and comfortable bathrobes.
- High-speed Wi-Fi, a 55" Smart TV compatible with Netflix, an HDMI cable, and international satellite channels.
- Air conditioning and heating for your comfort year-round.
- A comfortable sofa bed (160x200cm), ideal for children.
- Additional amenities include a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, yoga mats and blocks for two people, towels and beach bags, umbrellas, and an external laundry service with 24-hour delivery.

The apartment aesthetics were beautiful. The space is clean and very well staged. Staff is very friendly. Location was excellent - right in the city center. We were a little disappointed there’s no terrace shown in the listing but Alejandra and Javier were very accommodating and upgraded us to the penthouse unit (closer to the shared rooftop) at end of our stay. We had a great time. Gracias!

This property is in an awesome location! Very easy access to sites, restaurants, bars, shopping, and even a little food market. The apartment is beautifully appointed with charming Juliet balconies and working shutters, unique decor, quality linens, and modern kitchen and baths. The feather bed was not my favorite, but that’s my personal preference.There were three of us and we had plenty of room. The pullout couch was comfortable and It was nice to have a second bathroom. It’s not the quietest place since it’s in the heart of downtown, but we did t mind that at all. If I ever get back to Mallorca I would stay there again!
