About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Saint-Raphaël, this charming 56 m² air-conditioned flat with shared pool, which can accommodate up to 6 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic) included, we are just waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (160×190)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds that can be pushed together
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A shared, unheated swimming pool, open from April to October
- A 13 m² private terrace to enjoy the warm weather
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Raphaël, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Raphaël train station, about 10 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Cannes-Mandelieu International Airport, about 40 minutes by car
