These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours
AIRPORT INFORMATION:
Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is located in Panama City Beach and is approximately 45 minutes from the condo.
Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is located in Destin and is approximately 1 hour from the condo.
When flying into the Santa Rosa Beach area, we highly recommend booking a car service (we can provide you with suggestions) as Uber/Lyft can be difficult to schedule in our area.
*You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
Please note our age requirement policy; One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

The condo is great! Love the tall ceilings, lots of space for everyone and clean. The walk to the beach was farther than we expected, but it didn’t stop us. The ice maker didn’t work and the master shower drained slowly- just some things you might want to address. Other than a long walk to the beach we would stay here again.

Location is great, for enough away from the noise and traffic of 30a, but close enough to walk to the beach. Condo was spacious and clean. Fairly well equipped kitchen. I wouldn't mind seeing a few bigger pans and more than one cutting board. Having at least salt and pepper in the pantry would be a nice touch. Oherwise, great place to relax with friends and family.
