The open living and dining area invites everyone to gather, whether it’s for a home-cooked meal at the table for six, a quick bite at the kitchen peninsula with seating for three, or simply unwinding after a day in the sun. With balcony access from both the living area and the master suite, the views are never far away.
The master suite features a king bed and a private bathroom, offering a quiet retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third has two sets of twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or friends to share. A full hallway bathroom and an in-unit washer and dryer add to the convenience.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

The rental was clean and although out dated a bit it had everything we needed besides a cookie sheet lol. I liked the vicinity to some resturants where my kids could walk to if they so desired. Nearby convience store if we wanted a drink or snack. There is a public beach access but the public beach is a bit of a walk to get to. The condos apparently "own the land" in front of the ocean so you have to walk down to get your spot. Kinda annoying but it's not on the condo owner. We enjoyed our stay, thank you for the ease of check-in and check-out. Some of the buildings in the HOA needed outside upkeep (rotting siding). I did not see that problem with our building but I was too busy heading to the beach, I just noticed it on some buildings as we walked by.

We really enjoyed our stay! Location is great and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen needs a little love—The countertop is old, and I got a splinter from it. There aren’t enough forks. There is no pan for making pizza or chicken tenders. A rubber spatula would have been helpful, too!

It is very clean and located close to everything. There is a great place to walk, run and bike. Small shops are nearby. It has two pools on the property and is in walking distance of the beach. Definitely recomend !!
