Vacation in historic 19th-century buildings!
Our vacation home, renovated in 2024 with a great deal of love and "Herzbluat," is centrally located across from the Peitnach River. Despite its proximity to the town center, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of Kalvarienberg with its Stations of the Cross, as well as the steeple of St. Michael’s Parish Church. On the exclusive rooftop terrace, you can relax with a cool drink and let your mind wander. In the summer, the heated outdoor wave pool is just a few minutes’ walk away. Bakeries, butchers, organic grocery stores, bars, cafes, and restaurants are also within walking distance. Come on in and make yourself at home!
Since we enjoy cycling ourselves, hikers and cyclists are very welcome here. A lockable bike parking area is provided for this purpose.
A beautiful, spacious, bright, and light-filled semi-detached home with private retreats spread over two floors.
Even the entryway invites you to linger. The guest restroom is located on the first floor next to the small single bedroom. Also on this floor is the bright and inviting kitchen-dining area, which leads out to the weather-protected rooftop terrace.
So nothing stands in the way of culinary evenings outdoors or in the cozy living room.
The rooftop terrace, the carport, and the garden with a barbecue area are perfect for playing and relaxing in the summer.
The natural oak staircase leads to the second floor. There, you’ll find a modern yet rustic bathroom with a shower and toilet. As an extended family, we know how wonderful it is to sit together in the evening to chat or play games. That’s why our house is equipped with a variety of board and card games for all ages—from puzzles to Trivial Pursuit to a collection of 150 games, and more.
The two spacious bedrooms each accommodate 2 or 3 people. Families of all sizes, as well as groups, will feel right at home here. The entire house has been refurbished with great care and attention to detail, featuring high-quality furnishings. Therefore, parties are not allowed!!
As carpenters, it was a MUST for us to preserve the old roof truss. It is visible in its original condition (dating back to around 1880) in both bedrooms and in the bathroom. The roof and the old, thick walls were insulated with sustainable wood. Together with the underfloor heating and the ventilation system, this ensures a cozy, warm atmosphere for all guests. Right in the heart of Peiting!
