A very special 5-star holiday home is waiting for you! On a hillside next to the forest is located the newly built, detached house with magnificent mountain views. Just beneath the crucifixion group, the King Ludwig II. The Upper Ammer Gauern gave thanks for the performance of the Passion Play.
Just a few meters away you will find ski lifts, cross-country skiing and ski touring routes in the winter. Located right on the meditation path and hiking and walking trails, you are with a few steps in the summer surrounded by nature. Summer toboggan run and tennis courts are nearby. This dream holiday home is also the highest holiday home Oberammergau! From here you can enjoy panoramic views of the Hausberg Oberammergau - the Kofel and the Ammergau Alps.
Far from the hubbub of this holiday home is the perfect place to cut loose and enjoy the peace and quiet in a unique setting.

The spacious living and dining area with wooden floor leaves no wish unfulfilled. The large dining table you can let unobstructed mountain views.
Throughout the house underfloor heating is installed.
A fireplace in the living room also provides an extra cozy feel-good climate (wood provided and included in the price). Flat screen TV and free internet access are available here. The large living room sofa also can be transformed into another sleeping accommodation for 2 persons.
Self - in the furnished kitchen with all mod cons - you cook with views of the countryside. The kitchen has a modern hob, fridge, sink and dishwasher.
All necessary kitchen utensils are available.
The ground floor also a bathroom / WC with shower.
A staircase takes you to the first floor where there are three bedrooms. The very spacious bathroom upstairs has a bath, a shower, toilet and two sinks. Through an open exposed beams throughout the floor is light and earthy.
An indoor staircase leads then to the basement of the house. There you will also find the spacious sauna and another shower. Round off an eventful day in Oberammergau with a sauna experience! From here you can also view on a sheltered terrace. Another terrace is also located on the west side of the house with access from the living room where you can look directly at meadows and fields in the green nature. On the balcony of the house the morning sun and impressive panoramic views makes your heart beat faster. A carport and additional parking spaces are available at the house. Pets are welcome.
