The Pavillon des Arènes is located in the historic center of Nîmes
The Pavilion is an independent accommodation of 45m2 located in the patio of a listed private mansion building. It has its private garden of 80m2 and its private terrace located on the rooftop of 23m2 on the 2nd floor, all in the historic heart which is unique!
The first floor is intended for the kitchen and living area.
Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-range equipment (convection oven with microwave option, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Krups nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster...)
The 110x200 sofa can be transformed into a 1-seater bed.
The mezzanine open to the 1st air-conditioned floor with its vaulted ceiling in exposed stone is dedicated to the bedroom area with its en-suite shower room / WC.
Comfortable bed 160X200 with Epeda mattress and 100% cotton linen.
In summer the thickness of the stone walls keeps the coolness while in winter it keeps the heat in. In addition, it has just been completely renovated according to energy standards with double glazing and high-performance equipment.

Roman architectural wonders are just a short walk away, making it a great place to explore the city without a car.
For those who drive, a public underground parking lot with electric charging stations is located just 50 meters away. Rate 130€/month
