This charming townhouse features a recently updated kitchen, bathroom, and carpeting. The space includes three private bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a dining area, a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, and a deck offering serene mountain views while maintaining privacy from the slopes.
Comfortable & Connected:
Relax with modern conveniences, including TVs with cable in every bedroom and the living room. The living room features a Roku TV for streaming, and we recommend bringing your own streaming device for the bedroom TVs. High-speed WiFi is included for your convenience.

We provide all the essentials for a stress-free stay: fresh linens, towels, key spices, paper products, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our well-stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals after a day of adventure.

Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA
neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including
families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your
host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with
written approval from your host.
OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check

Exactly what we needed. An easy spot to crash for a game weekend that accommodated our small dog. It’s a nice location and I’m sure it would be especially cool during the winter months based on the proximity to the slopes.Beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed for the weekend without us needing to bring much with us.It’s a ski lodge so it’s comfortable, not luxurious. Have the right expectations and you’ll be happy you stayed there.I’d absolutely stay again.

Property could use some updating. Grill could use some cleaning. I couldn't use it because it wasn't clean. Also it smelled a little funny when we arrived maybe some plug in air freshners. One more thing the deck outback could use some attention as well as the outdoor patio set. Other than that our stay was good.
