This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners
Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA
neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including
families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your
host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with
written approval from your host.
OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check

We stayed at Skylark's Nest for a quick family ski trip. The location was fantastic and the property perfectly met our needs. We were so pleased to be able to bring our dogs. The porches both had gates and there were leashes to keep the pups in the yard. We really appreciated the dog friendliness of this property!

This home is not just dog friendly, it is dog inviting and welcoming. The gated deck and porch were a relief and pleasant surprise, as were the extra leashes, water bowl and dog bed. It’s a nice place for humans too. There are lots of extra touches including multiple tvs, Bluetooth speakers, phone chargers, blankets, and a well stocked laundry room. The dryer dries really fast!My only suggestion to the owner would be to have more comfy living room furniture. The adults in our group didn’t ski so we spent lots of time on the couch. All of the beds were super comfortable. The home is extremely convenient to the slopes and the driveway isn’t crazy steep. Communication with the owner was very good. We hope to stay here again
